Restore Access form after closing hyperlinked document

How can I get an Access form to maximize after closing a
Word document which had been opened via a hyperlink from
an Access form? The hyperlinks are stored in an Access
table and are clicked on from a form. The hyperlinks work
correctly and open the Word document. When the document
is closed, the Access form is minimized on the task bar.
Is it possible to get the Access form to automatically
maximize when the Word document is closed? Any help or
comments will be appreciated.
