Retrieve POP mail from My Corporate LAN

I'm using a corporate LAN and I have to logon to the proxy
authitication window for any internet related access. The
problem is with my internet POP email which I cannot
configure on my Corporate Outlook,
When retrieving emails for this POP account I got an error
since I have to provide user name and password to access
internet and Outlook doesnt have the option to specify my
proxy authitication information (username and pass).

Outlook will use the proxy settings in Internet Explorer.
