Retrieving mail

When I start up Outlook there is nothing in the inbox, although I have mail
at hotmail.

Do I always have to sign in to outlook now (never did before), but if so how
do I do it?

What version of Outlook do you have? Did you install the Outlook Connector
if it's 2003 or later? Or do you have Hotmail set up as a POP3 account if
you're using Outlook 2002 or older?

I have Outlook 2003, but the connector is installed (I only just started
having this problem yesterday). BTW, when I received the notice on hotmail
that you had replied, the following link was provided:

but upon double clicking it nothing showed up in the box.
