Retrieving outlook folders after reloading desktop

I had to have my Windows XP reloaded due to a corruption
in the desktop. Technician saved all the data files off
the hard drive and after installation copied them back on
my computer. I cannot find any of the outlook folders.
Are they ther but just hidden? Please help!
