Retrieving saved file on product

While trying to open a saved file on floppy, the page was blank. the property
dialogue indicates 23,000 bytes on the files. The contents tab shows the
title yet even the title is not seen when the file is opened.

23 KB is about the size of an empty document. But saving directly to or
opening directly from a floppy is one of the quickest ways to corrupt your
document. Always save to and open from the HD.
