Revisions and Tracking

When I receive a Word attachment in an email and make
changes to be sent back, the person I send it to sees the
highlighted changes. I would like to have it so the
person I send the changed attachments to doesn't see those
changes or pop-up boxes. I've tried to turn off the
revisions and tracking features but they still see the
changes. Help!

You must accept or reject all changes after turning Track Changes off.

I have this same issue and cannot figure out how to turn
off the changes as the default when you open the
document. Accepting all the changes doesn't permanently
turn it off. It only accepts the previous changes. When
an edit is made, the problem is back again.
