When I right click on a group address in my address book I
have the options to view the properties or add this group
to my address book. If I decide to click on properties I
can view the users and or make changes.

My supervisor's computer should be set up exactly like
mine however when he right clicks on a group his options
are properties and delete.

How can I change his right click options to properties and
add to address book instead of properties and delete?

When you say "Address book" where are you
referring to? (Global Address Book, Contacts, Personal
Address Book, ?)
