We are using Outlook 98 and I am experiencing an issue. When I right click
on some of the messages, especially messages with attachments, it
automatically prints the e-mail instead of displaying the drop down menu.
Some messages work fine, others print. Another issue with the same machine
is when I select the Deleted Items folder, it automatically sends me to
Public Folders and does not display the Deleted Items. The mouse is set
correctly and I have re-installed Outlook with no success. I have
experienced this issue in the past with a different user, but I can't
remember how the problem was resolved.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
