Rogue emails

I am receiving emails in my inbox in Outlook 2002
The email addresses I receive are not setup in my email accounts so why does
my outlook allow them in?
The address these people use is usually (e-mail address removed)
How do these people manage to do this ? and how do I stop them?

If you view the message headers, do they show your domain address? Right
click and select Options - the header information is at the bottom.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
