Routing recipients cannot open attachments

Hi,

We have an intermittent problem when a document or a
spreadsheet is distributed using...

File/Send To/Routing Recipient

On many occasions the recipient cannot open the
attachment. Does anyone know what could cause this?

Can you save the file and open it correctly then? In the case of Excel
spreadsheets make sure in Excel the option under Tools-> Options-> General->
Ignore other applications is unchecked.
