Routing Spreadsheets in version2003

When we try to route spreadsheets in Excel 2003, we get a
security warning from Outlook "a program is trying to
access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook".

Is this by design in this version of Office?!? Yuck phooey.

Yes, but there is a registry hack to remove the message,
however the hack is machine specific
