'Rubber stamp' template

How do I go about creating a 'rubber stamp' type template. I have a table,
followed by a page break, that needs to be copied & filled in many times.
Cut & paste from a second document is counter intuitive. Can I do better?

Hi Lew

i would use autotext for this.

Select your table & page break
choose insert / autotext / new
give it a name
click OK

to use, type the name you gave it ... and press enter (or F3).

Create a template and place it in the template folder (see Tools, Options,
File Location for its exact location on your computer). To use it, open the
Templates folder and double click on it.

This works for a single instance of my 'stamp', but a document is a
collection of these forms that have been filled out.

Follow Julie D's advice and put an AutoText entry of your table in your
template. I like to store my AutoText in a template other than normal.dot.
