Rule for deleting blank TO: line or recipient

Hello, Can anyone help me make a rule that will delete any email with a blank To: line. I am trying to curb the spam that comes through. I have tried everything I can thin of with no luck.

You can't do it - your best bet is a real antispam program like IHateSpam or
Mailwasher.
