Hi, I am working on windows 2000 and am sick of getting spams in my
inbox. I have added rule wizard to (send all the mails from everyone
to junk other than ones from my address books):
1) Apply this rule after message arrives from "people or distribution
list" notify me using "New mail" and stop processing rules
2) Apply this rule after message arrives, move it to "junk folder" and
stop processing more rules.
I have two problems with this, first that when the mail comes from
someone outside my address book it does not move to junk folder but if
I do "run now" on my inbox, it works fine, what am I missing here???
Second when someone gets added to my contacts I need to update my
rules wizard, is there any workaround (macro or something) where I can
mention "all contacts from address book" for the rule?
Those who know what it is to get spams in your work folder would
