run video in background?

We have Powerpoint 2003.
Is it possible to run a movie file in the background while other other animations occur? For example, a movie of clouds drifting by while text appears describing the clouds.

Sorry to say it, but in PowerPoint video always plays on top. If you need
text over the video, you will need it added to the video itself.
