runtime error

I've just recently installed OfficeXP. Now I get alot of
error messages that read "A runtime error has occured. Do
you wish to debug?" Then A "Line#" And "Error permission
denied" when I use Internet Explorer. I noticed this as
soon as I went looking for patches and such on the
Microsoft website after the OfficeXP installation. The
only thing I've found @ the Microsoft website about my
problem has to deal with Commerce Servers. I'm using a
PC. Any suggestions?
