same error

I posted another with this same problem. I will look
forward to seeing if there are any suggestions.
as I say in my thread:

I am logged in as administrator, I have tried the msiexec
unregister/regserver. I have done the sfc scanow, and
other stuff.

I am looking for the killer solution.
