sample of a contract signed between owner and canteen operator

I need to prepare the above contract so i would like to have a template for
the above.

Well you could produce a nice basic form (based upon your attorney's
contract :), THEN create a fillable PDF form out of it. This works well and
I do this all the time. But, to keep it as a .pub file wouldn't work 'cause
the layout would get wacked by the fillee.
