Save as HTML

For some reason when I try to save a file as HTML I get an error message
which says the converter is an old version and to reinstall. I've done this
using my original Office 97 CD but I still get the same message.

Could it be that I'm on SR2 and the CD is reinstalling the original older
converter. If so, how do I get the updated converter?
