When I use the "Save As" function in office 2002 sp3 products (excel, word,
etc.) the application locks up. Anybody know how to fix this?

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
