Does this apply to *all* add-ins or just one. I can imagine the
circumstances where an outdated macro screws things up - but not where *all*
the add-ins cause problems. Remove them all and introduce one at a time to
see where the problem lies. Adobe's add-in can be problematic - make sure
you have the most recent and correct version. NortonAV's plug in is
notorious and should be disabled. Winfax Pro's add-in is frankly dreadful
and the Works add-in worse.
