Save faxes to email sent box help

I manage the faxes in my office and when I sent them out before a copy went to my email sent box but now it give me a pop up message saying "Can't save items to a public folder. Save sent items to sent box instead and it says yes or no. When I click yes it still doesn't save it. Any suggestions.
