Save file for read only access

Martha

Am trying to save a 100-slide presentation so that no one can make changes to
it -- read only access with no ability to save to another name and then make
changes. Have the feeling this is simple to do but can't find it. Thanks,

Depends on the version of PowerPoint your using. If your using PowerPoint
2002/2003, you have the option to password protect your presentation. Have a
look here for other options. http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00038.htm
