Save Issue

We are running office 2007. when we create a new file and try and save it to
our home directory on network we get a error message "filename.docx can not
be found. please check spelling and/or destination folder" If we change the
format type or rename the file name that Microsoft tried to name it it will
save fine to that location. is happening in word and excel. this is
happening on 4 of 5 new workstations. the one the works had the same issue,
we applied office sp and it fixed that one. did not fix any others thanks
in advance
