Save Outlook emails to disk?

Occasionally, like most folks, I need to wipe my computer clean and start
over. It's easy to save my documents, etc. to a disc for use after
reinstalling windows. How can I save my Outlook files, folders, emails,
current and archived so that I can "re-insert" them into Outlook after
reinstalling the program?? Thanks for your help!
