"Save & Send" in IE not sending mail by Outlook 2003

Hi

I used to submit my time-entries filling in IE and doing "Save & Send"
option. Then It sends the attached .att file via microsoft outlook 2003
automatically.
But, Now i am not able to do it because It just opens new mail compose page
without attaching .att file and waits for to click on send option.
I am using XP pack 2.
Hoping i am sending it in right group.
