Save to HTML is saving images as GIFs instead of JPEGs

I am having trouble with the save to HTML, Filtered. It is saving pictures in
my document as GIFs instead of JPEGs. Is there any way to change the format?
Also, it is saving my textboxes as GIFs too. However, the text is bulging
and just looks really messed up.
