Saving a photoshop document to Office 2003

I have created a PS document that I would like to use as a template in office
as a company letterhead, could some explain how the steps on how to bring it
over so that I could use it as a template, or point me in the right direction.

Photoshop doesn't make "documents". Are you saying you created some sort of
graphic you want to insert in the header of a Word template?
