Saving data entered in a form

I am a new user of Microsoft FrontPage. I have set up
website with a page to collect client information. How do
I save data, where does it go and how do I download the
data from the webserver. I like to keep this data either
in a Excel spreadsheet or an Access Database. Please
advise.

Depends on your host on if they support ASP and databases
If so, see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=268948
If not, save it as a text tab delimited file from a Form
(which Excel or Access should be able to open)
