Saving Excel files attached to emails

I would like to be able change the option that when I save excel email files
by hitting SAVE AS the file will be saved in a location other than the temp
OLK 42 that comes up automatically.

when your 'save as' window pops up, use the arrow to the right of where you
see the OLK and choose a different location to save your file.

(or did I miss something in your question?)
