saving images

outlook 2000.
When I recieve a email where a image has been inserted into the email and I
right click on the image to save it. It will only allow me to save the image
as a bitmap.

If I use outlook express and try to save a image thats been inserted it will
allow me to save as a .gif or .jpg etc. whatever format the image has been
sent in.

How can I do the same in outlook 2000
