Saving offline, rename view

Using MSP2003ENT,

daved a project offline to work on duing the weekend. Now trying to save
back online and getting the following error message " Theer is a viw
named&Gantt Chart in this project which connot be overwritten. Press OK to
renam it, or press Cancel to cancel opening the project". The global hasn't
been changed. What shoud I do here?

Click OK and rename it to Gantt Chart1. The warning message you see usually
means that the Project Server administrator accidentally "polluted" the
Enterprise Global with a non-enterprise View, of which the Gantt Chart is
the leading example. Hope this helps.

Will this effect other using the Gantt Chart enterprise view? Also nothing
has been done to the Enterprise Global, is there somthing else that could
have happened?

The warning message indicates that there is a Gantt Chart view in the
Enterprise Global. That View should not be there since that is a default
local View rather than a true enterprise View. The Enterprise Gantt Chart
is the true enterprise View. Are you the Project Server administrator? If
so, refer to the following FAQ to remove non-enterprise objects, such as the
Gantt Chart view or the task Entry table:

If you are not the Project Server administrator, please pass the URL to
him/her and ask him/her to remove the non-enterprise objects. Also,
removing the Gantt Chart view will elimate the error and won't affect anyone
else's Gantt Chart view. Let us know if this helps.
