SAVING OUTLOOK EMAILS

LOOKING FOR A WAY TO SAVE OUTLOOK EMAILS IN A WORD FORMAT. WHEN I USE THE SAVE AS AND LOOK IN THE FILE TYPE IT DOES NOT PRESENT THE OPTION OF WORD

Please don't use CAPS!

Why specifically Word? You can save it as an HTML-file and then open and
edit it in Word. You can even save it as a Word-file then.

Sorry about the CAPS... for some reason the lock was engaged... exchanged the key board...now all is better :)
Thank you for the instruction on the word save issue... the reason it is useful is that I want to save important emails in a format that I can retreive easily. I have seen the direct word save option on a pc I was using at my friends house and thought it a nice option to have to be able to save directly.

You're welcome! :)

If you want it to an easy format I would go for the HTML format as not all
PC's have Word (hard to imagine?) but all of them have browsers though
capable of opening HTML files; is a lot faster as well.
