saving powerpoint design

Hello,
Does anyone know how to save a ppt design?After designing a template with
pictures/graphics, how can i send the slide to anyone but won't let them
change the design itself. I tried saving it as template but once i open it, i
can still manipulate the graphics/design.

I can't tell if you need to protect a presentation or a template.

Templates can't be protected, really.
