Hmmm... A .pdf file is not a PostScript file.

Try this...

Download and install the following free PDF Creator.

PrimoPDF
http://primopdf.com/

With your new program installed...open your project
in Publisher and go to...File / Print.

On your Print screen...open the drop window and
select PrimoPDF as your printer.

Click...OK...now you will see the PrimoPDF screen
and you can browse to a save folder.

When you click...OK..your .pdf file will be created
in your save folder.

The resulting .pdf file can be viewed on any computer
that has the free Adobe Reader installed.

You need to have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (not just Reader) to be
able to "Distill" the PostScript into PDF format.

I would also recommend using PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com

Also see the solution (of sorts) that I got from Adobe, if you're using Adobe
Acrobat, in the posting three down from this one.
