saving settings?

I use MS FrontPage 2003 and I will be having to reinstall it
due to a system issue that has to be restored.
Is there any way at all to go about saving some or all of my
settings and preferences on the Frontpage to import afterwards?
Also other than my page site files, what other files should I back up?
