Saving text while making changes to an org chart

In Visio 2007 when I try replace the text inside an org chart (Executive,
Assistant...) a box with dashed lines appear with a white background. After I
replace the text I cannot save my changes consistently.

What is the procedure to create/modify text in this type of situation and
have it saved?
