I want to scan a printed form into Microsoft Office so I can use it to fill
in blank spces and the print completed form. Is this possible?

You would need to place/insert textboxes on top of the scanned image to
put your text into.

It's not a simple "click-click and you're done" kind of thing. Are you
willing to work for it? Is it really worth the time you're going to invest?
