Schedule a Task in the Future

I am a former ACT user and recently switched to Outlook. I'm trying to figure out how to set up a task for a future date. In ACT, you can schedule a phone call to a specific contact three months from now. I want to schedule a task that will only show up on the task list on that future date. Any suggestions?

Set a Start date for the task and use the Active Tasks view.
