School and Teacher Version move Installation to othger computer

I have office 2003 School and Teacher version on an old computer. I bought
myself a new laptop and would like to de-install Office on the old computer
and install on the new computer. The plan is to get rid of the old one.

How do I do that? At the moment I can not activate the new installation,
because I have used up the three installations that I am allowed to do

Can anybody help?
