Unless you are using a Mac (in which case I think it's Preferences), there
should be an Options command on the Tools menu. If you're not seeing it, it
may be because you have adaptive menus enabled. If you have Word 2000, open
Tools | Customize, select the Options tab, and clear the check box for
"Menus show recently used items first." If you have Word 2002 or 2003, go to
the same place and check the box for "Always show full menus." If you have
