Search bar template in Publisher

Hi everyone. I just started using publisher and want to add a search bar to
the site. How do I get one or insert one in MS Publisher?

I can easily accomplish this in FrontPage, but the code doesn't copy over
because of HTML tags.

Any Assistance would be gratly appreciated!
