Secure files/folders transferral

I have a web site in which I'd like peolpe to be able to
click on a file or folder and download it securely to
there PC. This file can contain either pictures or music
(mp3's or wave format).

If you mean secure the folder so only users w/ access can get to it

Your host will have to support subwebs and unique permissions under the FP Server Extensions
