Security on Mailbox folder

I have a folder in my personal mailbox in the Exchange server with sensitive
info.

Can I put security (password) on such a folder?

For example, I don't want anyone taking a look while I'm not there before
the screen saver's password or Windows' password kicks in.

I'm on Outlook 2000
