Security/Update Patches Seem to Break Distiller

Environment: WinXP Pro and Office 2003

I recently installed the Windows XP and Office upgrades and security
patches. Now, when I attempt to print to Adobe Acrobat Distiller it hangs
while printing? Has anyone else seen this? Any fixes?

What version? Does reinstalling Acrobat solve the problem?
