Security warning before opening attached documents

I am running Business Contact Manager, and I frequently use BCM's feature that lets me link files (Word documents, in this case) to a specific Contact. Every time I click on the attached Word files, I get a system security warning, asking me if the file is from a trusted source, and do I really want to open it. Is there any way I can turn off this warning, either file by file, or universally?
