SELECT ALL and ROW buttons are not showing

In any view, the column buttons are showing, and I can select whole columns,
but the Select All and Row buttons are not showing so I cannot select any
rows, or the entire plan.

DoubleACL --

Open the offending project and do the following:

1. Click View - Table - More Tables
2. Click the Edit button
3. In the Table Definition dialog, make sure the ID field is the first
field on the list (if not, add this field as the first on the list)
4. Select the "Lock first column" option and click OK
5. Click Apply
