Select Names Form

Outlook 2003 - When I create a new mail message and click on the TO button
the Select Names form is displayed. In the field " Type Name or Select from
List" are the contact Names. Is it possible to configure OUTLOOK to search
the contact database by Display Name or Email Address rather than Contact
Name?

If you already know the email address, just type it in. There's no need to go through the address book.

Ditto with the name. If it's unique, Outlook will resolve it against your contacts.
