Select sender from multiple email addresses

I have multiple email addresses as different people use Outlook 2003 on the
computer. With Outlook Express we could select the sender from a drop down
list. This does not appear in Outlook. How can we select who the email is
from without it having the "on behalf of" message? Each address is connected
to the same POP and SMTP.

Use the Accounts button that should be just to the right of the Send button.

If you have defined that address in an account, the Accounts button will
allow you to choose the account in which you have defined it.
