How do I set up a listbox in the form and select multiple data? I have
accomplished the multiple selection, but then the data is not returned when I
query on information selected. Any help or assistance would be appreciated.

What do you mean by "when I query on information selected"?
How are you trying to use the mulitple selection?
Is the listbox bound to a field in a table?
